Terms of service

By accessing Konduce and creating a driving-school account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Konduce is a SaaS management platform for driving schools: schedule, students, vehicles, DGT, theory tests, payments and reports. The contracting driving school is the data controller for its students; Konduce acts as data processor.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@konduce.cat. Konduce may suspend accounts that compromise the security of the platform or breach these terms.

The service is billed monthly according to the plan chosen. Prices and per-plan limits are published in the subscription contract. Any change will be announced 30 days in advance.

Data entered into Konduce remains the property of the customer driving school. You can export your data as CSV at any time from the application, or request a full export when cancelling the service.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows will be announced by email at least 48 hours in advance, except for security emergencies.

Konduce is not liable for lost profits, indirect or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You can cancel the subscription at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period. We retain data for 30 days to allow reactivation; after that period it is irreversibly deleted.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer-protection rules establish a different mandatory forum.
